Become a Member

Attention:

Only people suffering from illness who need to use cannabis for strictly medical use can apply to become members of the Montreal Compassion Centre.

Procedure:

If you need more information pertaining to membership, we strongly suggest that you visit or call us first.

We require :

1) A physician’s statement of diagnosis stipulating that you do suffer from at least one of the conditions (or symptoms) treatable or alleviated with therapeutic cannabis.

2) Your membership application form.

Send us the two completed forms by either mail or fax.

Once we have received your request, we will first communicate with your doctor to make the essential verifications. It is possible that we ask your doctor for additional informations pertaining to your medical condition.

Following this, we will get in contact with you to arrange a meeting.
